all the good stuff about 1:1 training holds true....BUT you get an added accountability partner! anddd....ya save a little money and who doesn't LOVE that? i thought so.

the TGCF studio is stocked with alllll the equipment we need to bank strong and fun workouts based on your goals - it's quaint  but 3 is never a crowd here...in fact, it is perfect!

 

just the THREE of us....here we go! grab your 'swolemate' or 'gym bestie' or your mom and let's get to work!

i provide the workouts, the cheerleading, the form instruction, the sick beats, we'll talk goals, we'll dance (if you guys wanna)...mostly we'll have FUN and work hard - I can't wait to work with you!

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

once we've decided on working together, we will set up your first session which will consist of a DETAILED movement assessment for both of you...this is NOT a test, promise! it is so important to see where you're both at so we can work together on where you're going! we'll check in with your movement patterns, mobility, stability, goals,  lifestyle, etc so we have a solid starting point for the rest of our work together. 

GET MOVING

only thing left to do...get moving!! after your movement assessment, buckle up! let's get strong and feel our power!
