i've been faced with a lot of challenge. a lot of hard conversations. a lot of newness. i haven't slept more than 5 hours a night thanks to a fiery, racing mind.
carmen said this to me in our last session:
'don't get small'
in the evolution. in the fight. in the risk. continue to take up space. it will keep you grounded. confident. and sure.
