...spoiler, the team is just me! â€‹

Hi! I'm Hilary and I'm so incredibly happy you're here!

My mission at TGCF has always been to create a movement community of humans who want a safe and brave space to feel strong, get curious about what empowers them, and challenge the ever loud, relentless oppressive systems that try to make our voices and bodies small.

Together, we are building a community that is committed to dampening the focus on the body and how it looks, and instead celebrating how it FEELS to find strength, confidence, awareness, and alignment in our movement.

I'm very honored to do this work and am grateful for the opportunity to share movement with you ◡̈

When i'm not at the studio, I'm a fur mom, a tiny-human mom, a walker, a runner, a lifter, a believer in reproductive rights. I love a trash TV moment, a glass of bubbly, thriller novels, true crime pods, and believe black lives matter. I'm a lover of movements most people deem diabolical (*Bulgarian split squats*) and lists and sour patch kids and support equality and rights for trans & LGBTQ folks. I'll take the hottest and sweatiest summer over winter any day, I trust science and believe women.

I'm excited to see you in the studio!

xoxo

Hilary

TESTIMONIALS

"I absolutely love TGCF and their focus on showing up for yourself and doing what is best for YOU. As someone who’s struggled with an eating disorder I was very nervous about doing group exercise. But the vibe is so welcoming, and very “do what is best for your body” focused. It’s given me the chance to tune into my body more and really listen to what it needs each class. At TGCF I feel empowered to work hard and push myself in a way that is safe and healthy for me!"
