FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

What equipment do I need? Whatever you've got! I'll design your program around your access—whether that's a full home gym, a gym membership, or just a couple dumbbells in your living room.

What if I miss a week? Life happens! We'll adjust and keep moving forward. This isn't about perfection—it's about consistency and progress that works for YOU.

 

Do I need experience in the gym or with a trainer to join? NOT ALL ALL! I'll meet you exactly where you're at - this is a welcoming and supportive space to move no matter whether you're a 'gym rat' or have never touched a dumbbell!

 

How do the weekly check-ins work? Every Friday, we check in via the Everfit app to review how your week went - You'll receive a short form to fill out. Then I deliver fresh programming by end of day Monday. You can also message me anytime between check-ins!

 

Can I do this if I'm healing my relationship with fitness? Absolutely. This program is specifically designed for humans who would like a body-neutral, judgment-free approach. No diet talk, no body shaming, no comparison—just you getting stronger and focusing on what your body can do.
