let me be clear...this is NOT a '30 days to your new body' program promising you outrageous, unrealistic results. 

MOVE is a place to start. a home base. a launching pad. 

in our 6 weeks together, we will work to initiate a sustainable & FUN movement routine

CONSISTENCY

focus on 4 fundamental movement patterns - push, pull, squat, hinge ( plus core: anti rotation, rotation, flexion, anti extension)

2 recurring upper body / 2 recurring lower body movements throughout the entirety of the program - practice makes progress!

exposure to a variety of accessory movements to enhance our
main lifts each week

record your workouts in your TRAINERIZE app to track progress!


 
ACCOUNTABILITY

access to ME throughout the entire program - i can't wait to be your biggest cheerleader!

utilize the trainerize chat feature to ask questions, send 'form check' videos or photos, share WINS, brainstorm modifications...whatever you need!

benefit from frequent, casual weekly check ins, a 3 week check in via google form, and an 'completion of program' reflection via google form

and of course, LEAN ON YOUR COMMUNITY - more on that below!
