Train on your schedule with intentional programming, then connect with your crew once a month in our Burlington studio to go over movements, crush a workout together, and actually SEE the humans you're sweating with online.

WHAT YOU GET

2 online workouts per week delivered via Everfit 

We like to KEEP IT SIMPLE around here! Workouts filled with exercises that will progress with you as you get stronger and more confident in your movement. No equipment? All the equipment? Somewhere in the middle? I. GOT. YOU. Choose the movement variation that works for your access.


1 60 minute monthly in-studio session with your group (max 4 people) 

HECK YES...we're taking it to the studio! Once a month we'll crush a workout together and go over the main movements in your upcoming online programming. Get hands-on coaching, connect face-to-face, and soak in that TGCF energy.


Everfit app for tracking, community & on-demand workouts
Access and track your online workouts, chat me to check in on movement technique or when you need a little boost, celebrate every win (I'll be tooting your horn too!), hang with your TGCF community in the optional group forum, and get FULL access to the on-demand library for when you want an extra movement session (or 2, or 3... ;) )

You want intentional programming you can do anywhere

You travel, work crazy hours, or just prefer training at different locations. You need programming that adapts to whatever equipment you've got access to, with the added bonus of monthly studio time to connect with community.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

What if I miss a monthly sessions session? No worries! While we can't reschedule your group's session, you'll still get your online programming and have access to me via Everfit for any questions about programming and to connect with the group. 

​

How does the group work if we're mostly training online? You'll be matched with 3 other humans in your FLEX group. You'll all follow the same online programming (LOTS of movement variations to cater to each person's level and equipment access) and connect in the optional Everfit group forum, then see each other face-to-face once a month in the studio.

 

What equipment do I need for the online workouts? Whatever you've got! Each workout includes variations for different equipment access—bodyweight only, dumbbells, full gym setup, etc. You pick what works for you.

 

Can I do the online workouts on my own schedule? Yes! The workouts are delivered to your Everfit app twice a week, and you do them whenever works for you. The only scheduled time is your monthly in-studio session.

 

What's the studio like? Private, judgment-free space in Burlington's South End. Free parking (and lots of it), showers, AC/heat—all the good stuff.
