You know movement is supposed to feel good, or at least that's what people say, right? But somewhere along
the way - between the constant turn over of diet plans, the incessant "smaller is always better" messaging,
the toxic gym culture that felt exclusive, judgmental, and competitive...
it stopped feeling that way.
I'd love to help you work through the emotional barriers keeping you stuck, challenge the toxic fitness messaging you've internalized, and reconnect with what your body actually needs all in a supportive community space.
