Reclaiming Movement: a 6 week body-inclusive group course

Movement feels good. Movement is self care. Movement is for everyone.

 

what about when it doesn’t feel that way at all? What about when years of “get small at any cost” consume your mind

every time you think about “exercise”? What about when you’ve learned your body isn’t “right” enough to move it? 

 

If your fingers just started snapping…know this: You’re not broken. The system is.

 

Let’s unpack where those beliefs came from and reconnect with your body,

redefine strength for YOU, and build a sustainable path forward.

Our weekly community sessions with a small group of people who are right there with you navigating

their own complicated relationship with movement - Surround yourself with people who get it.

 

This is community-based healing. This is the foundation that makes everything else possible.
